Logitech G920 Please Connect Your Device to Continue

Hi Daniel,

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to help troubleshoot the issue. I recommend getting the basic stuff out of the way, like clearing cache and restoring the operating system to factory defaults while keeping your games and apps installed. Give the following steps a try. While the Xbox is on, go ahead and do ahard restart and power cycle to the console. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds or until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 5 minutes. Then re-connect and wait 60 seconds before turning on the Xbox. Holding down the power button on the console to force a shutdown is an important step.

If that doesn't help then you will need to try out asoft factory reset.

  1. Press theXbox button on the controller to open the guide.
  2. Scroll to the right and selectSystem > Settings > System > Console info.
  3. SelectReset console.

Make sure to select "Keep my games & apps" and have the correct account login information plus your Wi-Fi password ready if you connect wireless because you will need to re-add the accounts that were on the Xbox and re-connect to your network during the reset.

Best Wishes,
Diego

New wheel or used one ? Check the wheel on a pc for hardware update on the Logitech website by the Logitech software.

There's been a few hardware configurations updates available since they have launched it.

Success.

That's sad to hear Daniel, I have the same wheel and it's sad to say that it ain't the quality build they used to have from the past.

As far I understand out of your problems and that it is a used wheel I'm afraid there's a broken wire inside the wheel.

I had the same problem awhile ago and had to fix it. It's against forum rules to promote or talk about self repair, but google

or search on youtube, you'll find plenty of info on how to fix it. You can be sure it's inside the wheel and nothing with your xbox or game.

Anyway, hope you find a solution and good luck !
